Plantain Bun’s Burgers
Life is too short to live without switching hamburguer buns for plantains. If you haven't yet, run to the kitchen because this promises almost eternal happiness. Follow the very simple recipe
Ingredients:
2 Green Banana
1 lb Ground beef
1 Sliced Tomato
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons Ketchup
Lemon Drops
Salt and Paper to Taste
1/2 cup canola oil
Instructions:
Marinate ground beef with spices and preferably four arm portions hamburger.
Pass them to a hot grill or pan until they are at the desired end.
Cover them with the cheese slices so that they melt with the heat of the freshly cooked meat.
To make the plaintain bun’s, peel the bananas, cut them into three parts and put them to fry in hot oil until they acquire a stronger tone.
When they are more or less cooked, remove them from the pan and apply them to a quarter of an inch thick with the help of a plate or a rolling pin.
Fry them a second time in oil until they are crispy and still soft inside. Remove them from the heat and let them drain on paper towels. Add salt.
On a plate, first place a Plaintain, then a slice of tomato, the meat with the cheese and finish with another plaintain.
Accompany with the typical pink sauce, which is prepared by combining mayonnaise, ketchup and a few drops of lemon to taste.
